Smoke and temperature alarm system consists of smoke detector, temperature sensor and master unit, to alert when it detects the special gas through air quality change and overheat of engine, gas storage tank and so on. This system is of low power consumption, high anti-jamming ability, rapid response and high adaptive ability.
Temperature sensor is equipped with water proof polymer nano film, it displays temperature with high accuracy. It is easy to be installed, which can be installed anywhere the temperature needs to be detected, for instance engine compartment, luggage compartment, gas storage tank compartment etc. Smoke detector is suggested to be installed in spots where smoke will gather easily like vent and the unit master is installed on the dashboard.
Working mechanism
When the detector detects the smoke density in the specific area exceeds the defined limit, detector will output the alarm signal to unit master, then the unit master will alarm with beeping and LED will flash with red. When smoke density restores to normal level, the buzzer will be closed and LED will turn to green.
By default, there are 4 temperature sensors pre-installed (1 in engine cabin and the 3 others in Battery cabin) but can be customized. When the temperature sensor installed in the engine detects the temperature is above 105 degrees or the sensors installed in battery cabin detect the temperature is above 85 degrees, digital display will flash and the buzzer will alarm by beeping. If the temperature exceeds 110 degrees, the buzzer will be beeping faster.
